Went for the Legendary burger special Tuesday nights with my hubby. Added cheese and ordered zoo sticks on the side. The burger also comes with fries all u can eat and coleslaw. Always fresh and hot. Dan was our server and he always is quick and friendly. Atmosphere in the lounge area is comfortable.

  5. Hit the Spot*

     (5 / 5)

We stopped here for a bite of lunch on our way through town. The service was fantastic. I had the Club Sandwich with a side Spot Salad and I could not finish it all… despite asking for 2 pieces of bread instead of the standard 3 in a club. The portions are quite large. The Club Sandwich was great though, would definitely have that again. Hubby had the special… Bigger…Better… Bacon… Cheddar… Burger (?) with Fries, Coleslaw and Onion Rings. The burger was delicious… however he wasn’t a fan of the coating on the onion rings. Also his coffee came cold… the waitress took care of it right away… so no complaints.

  6. Not what it used to be

From what I’ve heard, White Spot is a BC franchise that once had car service and was the "soda shop" that teenagers loved. It was famous for its "Original Burger" with secret sauce. It’s now become a regular restaurant, similar to Applebees or Chilis. We weren’t impressed with this restaurant. The service was excellent, but the prices are way too high. Two of us had fish and chips and a burger with no drinks and the price was over $50. When the waitress asked if I wanted cod or halibut, I should have known there would be an upcharge, but she didn’t say there would be. My fish and chips ended up being $20, which is ridiculous. Even the cod at $16 is just too high, and that was one of the cheapest things on the menu. The burger did not taste like the original burger – they’ve changed the bun or something to make it into just an average-tasting burger. All in all we are not impressed and will not go back there unless there is no other choice.

  7. Yummy Breakfast

I have eaten here a few times. The portions are massive and so if your eating here bring your appetite. I have not been able to finish a breakfast yet. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

  8. One of the best veggie burgers

     (4 / 5)

We have experienced White Spot meals (West Coast ferries) many times. On the advice of a reliable foodie we had the original burger and the veggie burger. The veggie burger was a definite hit. The price for the meals which included fries and salad was higher than expected.

  9. Great Service

     (4 / 5)

The service was excellent! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the mood of the waiters and waitresses was the best! The cleanliness was maybe not the top but it was fairly clean. I would give the food 4 out of 5 stars, although tasty and big portions, there was just a few picky details that I would give 4 stars. But I would come again for sure!
