  1. A true bargain in the off season

     (5 / 5)

The rooms in this hotel a truly remarkable for the price in off season, for the price of a mid priced hotel room you can receive a 1 bedroom suite with living room and kitchen overlooking lake okenagen with upscale furnishings

  2. One of the best places I have ever stayed!

     (5 / 5)

I have stayed in a number of hotels and this visit was amazing. Started with super guest services, great room, excellent amenities, best location !! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Would recome a room with a lake view each suite has a balcony. Secure hotel parking. Infinity pool and 3 hot tubs!!

  3. Fantastic stay

     (5 / 5)

I usually stay next door at the Delta but they jacked their rates while I was there for a conference. I booked this 1 at 100 bucks less and is attached to the Delta. I love this place my room was huge nicely appointed and was equipped with everything I needed. Nice beds great view. I will stay here again for sure. Easy check in very helpful staff. great job.

  4. Pool

     (4 / 5)

Me & my son spend a night in The Royal and had a very nice experience, the staff are friendly, the location is very inconvenienced walking distance to town center, the pool on the roof was the best.I would stay again in there.

  5. Kelowna gem

     (4 / 5)

The condo was very spacious, and immaculate. It is situated next to the lake and a very short walk to the marina, good restaurants and bars, and downtown. Since I was traveling in the u201cshoulder seasonu201d I got a fantastic rate too! Now I’m too spoiled to stay in a typical hotel room!

  6. Amazing Place!

     (5 / 5)

Stayed one night and would have wanted to say forever. Amy was an awesome front desk person. Helpful in every way.nThen there was our room. Overlooked the lake and so quiet!nBed was comfortable and our stay won’t be the last.

  7. A Really Great Use of Points

     (5 / 5)

I stayed here for two nights with points with a friend, and it was such a great deal, considering the size and location of these rooms!nnCheck-in is shared with this hotel and the Delta. It still was very fast for a busy weekend. They had run out of FOBs for the parking lot at the Private Residences, so the hotel comped our parking for the two nights, since we had to park next door and walk a bit farther. Now that is great service!nnWe stayed in a 2 bedroom plus den suite, and for two people – that was massive. We each had our own separate room and bathroom, which was wonderful! The rooms themselves were quite nice. The decor and furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was still very clean. I agree that it was a bit dark inside, but we spent most of our time on our balcony.nnOur room was on the lagoon, facing the lake and West Kelowna. We got to see the nice sunsets from our room. nnAs a Gold member, we got access to the lounge (great breakfast and afternoon appetizers) and it was such a nice treat! We had stayed at the Delta a couple of years ago, and we ate at Cru again this time. We were almost disappointed with the restaurant, because the lounge was so good!!!nnOur room was very quiet, but unfortunately, it was noisy outside with people partying on the grass down below us. I think someone probably complained by 11pm, because they all went inside and it was quiet again. The restaurant didn’t seem as noisy as other have mentioned in reviews, but we were quite far away.nnThe pool area on the roof was very nice, but the loungers were disgustingly dirty and did not look good to sit on! This was really my only beef about our stay here.nnI’d definitely stay here again on points or if there was a good rate. I couldn’t afford it otherwise! It’s such a fancy place! 🙂

  8. Wow. Everything you need.

     (5 / 5)

Only stayed a single night as we were doing a quick wine excursion, but felt like we wasted our time leaving the resort. We had an amazing 3 bedroom unit with sub-zero refrigerator and gas stove. Patio right off the water too. For the resort fee we could have rented free bicycles and paddle boats. It isn’t a cheap place, but next time I’m out I will stay a few days. Lots to do locally and fantastic pool and views. In addition to private pool, you have access to all the amenities at the Delta. Again, it wasn’t cheap, but good price for 3 couples or if you are lucky enough to have the Marriott points, THIS is where to spend them. n

  9. I want to live here!

     (5 / 5)

We checked into the residence to discover that it is larger and better appointed than our apartment! The property is beautiful, and perfectly located to take walks along the lake or into the entertainment area of town. Service at the restaurant/bar was outstanding – prompt, friendly, and professional. We will stay here on future visits.
