  1. Great if you are an early riser

     (4 / 5)

The B&B offers one room only so there are no other guests to mingle with. Their previous B&B had 6 rooms so if the reviews are over a year old they pertain to their original B&B. Our hosts were very nice and the room and food were excellent. It would have been better with an outdoor space accessible from the room. As people have commented, the breakfasts are very good with very generous portions. We were told that breakfast will be served at 8AM, a little early for me.

  2. Excellent

     (5 / 5)

House Victoria is an excellent B & B. Very personalized and warm accommodation.nUrsula and Otto are real sweethearts. They made sure that we are comfortable and always ask what we want for breakfast.nThe location being close to all amenities, Eatery, Stores and everything makes this place a wonderful house to stay.nI you are a person who wants privacy or Doesn’t want to mingle or talk, this is not a place for you.It is better to stay in a Hotel or motel.nThe house is very clean and tidy. The bed comfortable. Ursula makes sure to give you the fluffiest and best towel out there. Will highly recommend!!!

  3. Bring your appetite!

     (5 / 5)

We recently stayed with Ursula & Otto in Penticton on our tour through BC. Ursula was very kind and always ensured we were comfortable with our room and didn’t require anything. nHer breakfasts were of epic proportion! She gives you croissants, homemade jam and yogurt with fruit to start. Then you have a choice of waffles, pancakes, French toast or bacon, eggs and hash browns, and fresh fruit (some from her own backyard). It was all DELICIOUS!! She fed us enough to keep us going until mid-afternoon.nIf you don’t know what to do in the area she has some good suggestions too. Whether it be a less populated beach, wine tour or train ride. n

  4. wonderful experience

     (5 / 5)

House Victoria was a wonderful place to hang our shingle while exploring the wine country around Penticton/Naramata, Oliver, and Osoyoos. nSpotlessly clean, terrific breakfasts but mostly, two wonderful hosts who make you feel like family. Ursula and Otto are absolutely the most gracious hosts you will find. nthe location is great, within a short walk of downtown, as well as some great restaurants. nWould recommend without any hesitation.
