  1. Fintry Water Falls

This is a hidden gem of Kelowna. Only 30km west of downtown Kelowna, visitors can pack a picnic luncheon, drive half an hour, experience an easy hike to see the waterfalls. It’s not a very big fall, but it’s pretty. The trail is easy with many stairs, therefore strollers and wheelchairs not accessible. nnAnd the provincial park itself is very peaceful as well. nnHope you enjoy your visit.

  2. Family Reunion

     (5 / 5)

This park was beautiful, located on the beaches of Okanagan Lake with large group site to accommodate our family. We camped with 70 people in 2 pod, each with their own camp/cook house and running water in each. The u201couthousesu201d have flush toilets, the only thing I would suggest is hand sanitizer in the outhouses. There is a 10:00 curfew which could be 11:00 but they took it easy on us as we were pretty separated from the rest of campsite. Worth the trip.

  3. Good luck

     (3 / 5)

To start I would say good luck finding a spot on the weekend, especially a long weekend. If you plan on visiting Fintry my advice is book in advance (well in Advance) the first come first serve site only make up 15 percent of the sites so that equates to about 16 sites. The staff are great and the things to see are interesting, but there is no power and water and toilet are in a communal setting. so you are pretty much boondocking while here. There are no place for resupply of anything on site and just a small store about 5km away. So bring everything you need for as long as you plan to stay. It is a nice provincial park and I do recommend a visit.

  4. Hidden and interesting spot with a great stair climb

     (5 / 5)

Look it up – lots of areas to explore and a fine set of stairs up through a waterfall. Big old mansion, lots of flowers and intriguing history.

  5. Great Place to Take Family

     (4 / 5)

Whether it’s a day picnic or camping holiday, this beautiful Park has it all. Nice hiking trails, great historical landmarks, well laid out camping sites, and beautiful beaches and lake access. A bit of steep road, but well maintained and well worth the trip. Can’t wait to go back and do more recreational site seeing.

  6. Great location on the lake

Stayed only one night but kids loved it! Really well organised and great location on the lake which had a beach and was excellent for swimming.
