  1. Wonderful, elegant retreat on top of a mountain

Sumptuous bedding and gourmet breakfast. The setting overlooking the valley ca ot be beat. Pleasant hosts and it’s all in the heart of the wine country. It is a new neighborhood. So there is some construction in the area. However this means it in the outlying regions of the town. This gives great hiking opportunities and mountain biking access.

  3. Breathtaking like out of a movie

     (5 / 5)

Staying at CastleRock is like seeing something from a movie. This place is a one and only that you should not miss seeing and staying at. The view is exquisite overlooking the lake from your room with a deck just out your door. The delicious breakfast is brought right to your room and it looks too good to even eat. The aroma makes your taste buds water for more. The rooms have very comfortable beds with luxury bathrooms to have a relaxing bath or shower. Last but not least the hosts Pete and Deb are wonderful fun loving caring people who are awesome to get to know. Their daughter is a pleasant young lady and the dog T2 is very friendly. Do not miss out on making a memory by staying at CastleRock.

  4. A true slice of heaven

My husband and I celebrated our a iversary at this wonderful B&B. We absolutely loved it!! After a day of wine tasting, it was the most perfect place to go and spend a relaxing and romantic evening . At night the pool is lit up so beautifully, and a very inviting hot tub awaits u when u finish your swim. Both are set at perfect temperatures. nIt was quite a magical feeling being under the stars in such a perfect setting. Our host Pete was an awesome guy too. He made us feel very welcome in his home and gave us some great recommendations . We will definitely go back here again, and possibly make it a yearly tradition. Would be great to book with another couple since there’s 2 rooms available. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a real gem of a place . nThanks again Pete . Will see u again next summer . nScott and Danielle 🙂

  5. Great view, private pool

     (5 / 5)

There are only two rooms at CastleRock, so coming here with another couple was perfect. Both rooms are very comfortable…one has a king sized bed, the other a queen. You get your own private, small pool, and a private hot tub/ Spa pool. Your breakfast, which is delicious, is wheeled into your room at 9 am. The view of Okanagan Lake is spectacular. You get the whole back outdoor area for your own space. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay there again. You do have to drive everywhere, and our GPS had a hard time finding it….look for the house with the HUGE rock in the front yard!

  6. Highly recommended

We searched over 40 B&B’s/accommodations in Kelowna, Summerland, Penticton and just could’t find what we were looking for. Finally we came across Castle Rock, and were immediately convinced this was the place to go. Beautiful views, modern and clean, hottub and pool, multiple sitting areas, delicious served breakfast, propane firebowl, and quietness – all the things we desire when we go on a get-a-way! Some extras that we appreciated and showed that the hosts cared were a stocked beer cooler for a reasonable price, room service every morning, and suggestions for dining and recreational activities.nA small but not at all necessary additive could be a divider between the two sitting areas right outside the rooms for a bit more privacy.nSteps away from the KVR, right in the middle of wine country, well-kept yard and grounds – just an overall awesome place to go – we highly recommend this B&B!!
