  1. Fu00fcr 1 Nacht okay

     (3 / 5)

Wir hatten das rosa Zimmer fu00fcr eine Nacht ohne Fru00fchstu00fcck gebucht. nIns Haus kamen wir u00fcber eine Nachricht an der Tu00fcr und einen PIN. Sehr praktisch.

  2. Clean and comfortable

     (3 / 5)

Nice central location and close to the lake/beach. We were assigned the ‘Blue Room’ which was right beside the front entrance. Only heard one other guest arrive and then it was very quiet. Only a three star because the bathroom set up was ridiculous – in a converted closet. The sink was tucked around the corner. Functional but small and cramped. Also lots of power bars plugged into the electrical outlets. Bed was comfortable and the towels were of decent quality. The room was clean. Cheaper to book through the B & B website rather than Trip Advisor. Good value if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.

  3. Nice stop-by between Vancouver and the Rockies

     (4 / 5)

Charming residential block. you can park for free and walk along the lake (with beach sand excuse me!) and the city park to join the downtown. The landlord was pleased to give us many city map and locations to visit around. The breakfast was good and plain enough (fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, home made bread).

  4. Off-centre B&B with good breakfast

     (4 / 5)

N49u00b052.784′ W119u00b030.004′ Owner Don Betton converted the second floor of this family home in a 3-bedroom en suite. Our Ethiopian hostess, who served us breakfast the next morning in the small corridor, greeted us. In August 2015 we paid for the green room CAN$135.45 per night including breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and clean, but (very) small with big television and fridge. Wi-Fi-reception was good. The room is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan, but an open window was enough for us. The double bed slept well. Shower was great. Continental breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, juice and bread. The room has a coffee maker and coffee, but we failed to make good coffee. By the Bridge B&B is a 10-minute walk from the city centre of Kelowna.

  5. Great Location

     (3 / 5)

Everything was just fine, no complaints. The location is close to the beach and within walking distance to downtown. Kelowna has great climate and is in the heart of wine country. I was there only for a short stay, but would certainly try it again. I did not eat breakfast there so ca ot comment on that.

  6. 120 STEPS To The Beach!

     (5 / 5)

This property is CALLED By The Bridge, what they dont really highlight is that its AROUND THE CORNER from an amzing quiet, deserted beach! It is also just down the block, through a tu el to the City Park, Kelownas beachfront hub of activities! The outside didn’t grab me at first, but we had two blissful relaxing nights drinking wine in a set of patio chairs outside the door listening to the calm, people strolling by, bike riders etc You can be at the beach in under a minute stroll – loved that! The room was smallish, but had everything we could need – and we were there to be OUTSIDE, just slept, showered and changed – and went to the beaches! We had other activities to attend so did not require directions, advice etc – but if you expect hours chatting with the hosts, they basically check you in and send you on your way – which worked well for us! We WILL be back!
