  2. Super Clean, Great Breakfast, Helpful Staff

     (5 / 5)

This property was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was better than average for a continental breakfast. The outdoor pool was warm and they had beautiful flower beds and hanging baskets that clearly show they care more than the average hotel. They had free bicycle rentals which was a really nice extra. Would not hesitate to stay at an Accent Inns again. Location convenient and staff was helpful/friendly.

  3. Nice place to stop for the night.

Great place to stop for the night, rooms are a good price and clean. Starbucks is directly across the parking lot which makes this location extra convenient. Relatively close to the beach. I would stay again.

  4. Good place to stay if you have a dog

     (4 / 5)

We were in the process of moving and needed a place to stay for 10 days. We are a family of three and we had a dog. Since our little one was starting school for a few days in September before we had our place we needed a place that accepted dogs as well as a kitchenette. nnThis one fit our requirements. It had a small kitchenette that had a fridge that was decent size. It could hold a pizza box in it, plus milk and other groceries. Not a full size fridge but more than a mini fridge. 2 burners and a sink as well as a microwave. Dishes for 4 and pots and pans. For a temporary place for a couple days or more this fit the bill. The AC was quiet and we had no issues with the front desk or with noisy neighbors. We even faced the main road and it was quiet inside. nnAs well it was very pet friendly. Or medium sized dog was very welcomed and he even got a check in present.n

  5. Too expensive, noisy heating system

     (3 / 5)

As usual, my two important needs with a hotel room are a comfortable bed and quiet. With this place, we got the first but not the second. With cold weather coming on, it’s such a nuisance to have the wall heating unit coming ON (loudly) and shutting off (with a CRASH) several times every hour. Maybe I’m too light a sleeper but this was a pain that would make me not choose this place again. Breakfast was acceptable. Finally, it was about $30 too expensive for what we got.

  6. Clean, nice for the price

     (4 / 5)

The rooms have been renovated, and were nice and clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. The price include breakfast, which is fine. Every sign they have is a supposedly ‘funny’ comment, must admit I found them a bit much. Parking is in front of the rooms and I was told to bring EVERYTHING’ out of the care as there had been problems. Beds were comfy, walls a bit thin, I could here everything from next door at midnight! Must admit the one thing I felt let them down was the room refresh, I came back after being out 12 hours, and didn’t think our room had been done, until I saw a laminated card telling me who had serviced our room…it turned out the garbage had been emptied and a new bathmat…beds not made, dirty glasses left by the bed etc…not major but disappointing. I would still stay here again.

  7. Excellent stay

     (5 / 5)

Booked for one night, ended up staying two. Initial check in easy and very friendly, explained everything and more. Room was good size, very clean and well equipped. Used pool which was well maintained, did laundry which was cheap -only $2 for each machine. Bonus was the free bicycles available. Spent a day pedalling round the beautiful waterfront which was great The manager was extremely helpful and even provided place /hose etc for my husband to clean his motorbike which really made his day. Loved the quirky signage around the place and now have free ‘Davy’ duck travelling with us – thanks Accent for an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

  8. Ok. Staff was great

     (3 / 5)

We stayed there for two nights , Saturday and Sunday.nnA pretty reasonable family stay hotel. nThe staff were very helpful and the complementary breakfast made it a place we would come back.nnThe decor is dated and there was a couple of areas the cleaning could be better , but it is related to the physical aspect of the hotel rather then the staff.nnThere is a pool there , not huge and we didn’t use it, but other people we spoke to seem to enjoy it .nnOne little glitch thing though is the WiFi. Seems to get stuck off on some devices.
